Our Expertise
OBO SPACE inherits the experience of its team who have been working for more than 15 years in the space sector. We have been contributing to the design and development of key subsystems and payloads on-board several space missions including some of the most ambitious ESA programmes.
THERMAL DESIGN & ANALYSIS
Comprehensive space thermal design and engineering services from concept design to advanced numerical modeling with space standard tools (e.g. ESATAN).
MECHANICAL DESIGN
Mechanical design of space structures and mechanisms, 3D CAD modelling and 2D manufacturing drawings.
STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
FEM modelling with standard tools (e.g. NASTRAN) including static, modal, sine, random, shock analyses.
SUPPORT TO TESTING
Thermal and structural environmental test planning, prediction, support to execution and model correlation.
THERMAL HARDWARE
Space thermal control hardware design, sizing, selection and procurement.
MECHANICAL STRUCTURES
Delivery of mechanical structures for nano-small satellites, payloads, on-board electronics and other S/C units.
